Issues in Franchise Mode

There are so many bugs in this game and it feels like no one is fixing them unless they have to do with their monetization platforms and even then its 50/50 at best.

I've scoured this website and others for a contact to reach out and discuss these issues.

Last year I signed up for the BETA testing of this game but they only open it to HUT and WOC...why wouldn't you test the other parts of the game too?

Currently in franchise mode and others I'm sure there are issues with:

Interference penalty - I had to set this to 0 just to get through games and still it is called 1-2 times per game against one of my CPU players for skating into an opposing player. Not skating and hitting them, just skating and getting stuck on them. Meanwhile the opponent can check you into next week when the puck is no where near and it is not called.

4v4 time - No matter what you set the 4v4 run time at in the settings it will go faster than regular game speed.

Boarding penalty - Boarding is called when you check someone into the boards, from the side, from the front, it doesn't matter. Granted this isn't as egregious as the other penalties but still frustrating.

Slashing/Interference around the goal front - I play hybrid (I know dying breed) but the fact that when you go to shoot the puck on a 2v1 and as you hit X for the one timer the original passing player starts slashing is ridiculous. You need to do something with the buttons to change the stick lift option off of X; its terrible going for a shot and getting a 2 minute minor instead.

Elbowing - Why did we add elbowing? You make this big announcement about big hits and new animations and then penalize people for using it. Seems like EA gets an idea in their head and then instead of thinking "Let's keep this fun and entertaining" they think "No, we need to make it realistic and add more code which will trigger too frequently and turn people off from these new ideas" - see also the glass breaking..........why oh why did we feel the need to add that?

Overall I'm ranting, I play everyday and it just keeps ending with me asking "Why do I play this game"

We deserve better.
