Locked in as banned skater name

Got suspended for a week for my skater name, did my time and am now unbanned.  Got a thing making me log in when I first came back on, and a message saying my name had been reset and locked. However, my name did not get reset and has been locked in as the inappropriate name I got suspended for, and I have no way of changing it. Xbox Series S, ban ran from 8/27-9/3. I’ve force quit the game, played multiple games, etc. and nothing on my end seems to work. Maybe it’s because of the playoffs?
