Well to answer my own issue, I think what happened was because the collectible is considered a card with a 50 rating it got lumped in with bronze cards and were exchanged for silvers. What a stupid way to do that, I get it was my stupidity in part, but a pretty dumb way to do it and leave it open to this happening. I got ripped off. Thanks
I traded for the 84 overall and a 50 overall power up and they are both missing
