i still am not able to play online in NHL 24 even tho i can in every other game, ea help has been useless as none of their steps solved the issue, missing out on players due to this, anyone have a fix? (im not an at&t customer)

Community ManagerThere are some troubleshooting steps here. We're not currently aware of any issues and are not getting reports from others in your region so it would also be good to contact your ISP to see if they can test your connection.
If you haven't already, the first thing to try is power cycling your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
