i still am not able to play online in NHL 24 even tho i can in every other game, ea help has been useless as none of their steps solved the issue, missing out on players due to this, anyone have a fix? (im not an at&t customer)

I don't have At&t internet. This is unrelated to that. I've had no connection issues with the game all year until today.
Same issue now with WOC/EASHL. Booted earlier. Back in now but still getting booted with that error.

having the same issue, went through ea help and they dragged me around lying about a fix coming soon
Are you with Shaw by chance ? I know a few people who have this same issue and I've been searching trying to help them find a solution.
Same. Contacted EA and my internet provider both multiple times. Neither want to communicate to resolve the issue. Clearly the server has been blocked as all other games are working totally fine. Neither wants to accept there is an issue or take responsibility and fix it. Very frustrating
yes, ive seen people with a bunch of different isp's having this issue, i can use my hotspot to connect but not my router, guessing this is something on ea's end.
just got off the phone with shaw and they have nothing on their end, someone at ea must've messed up the servers, hopefully this is fixed and not swept under the rug
