NH 24: Big list of bugs found (in World of CHEL)

Question

Hello developers,here is my huge list of bugs found while playing World of CHEL (the only mode I really play). Info: I really love the gameplay, but these bugs are keeping the fun at a very low level. We tried each bug on 3 different PS5 systems - we could all reproduce those bugs, so its not a single problem:- Birth year of a player resets every time, you leave World of CHEL (not that it effects anything, but if there is a chance of entering the correct year, it should stay and not switch to 1901 again…)- Why do we have to create different players for HOME / AWAY / ALTERNATE? So I have to create a player for each of these sub-modes? New head, new haircut, new helmet, new jersey, new number, and and and…that means in fact: if you DONT do that for HOME / AWAY / ALTERNATE AND (!) the pro-player, the pro-goalie, the casual-player and the cascual-goalie it shows up a wrong number every time or switches your name back to „Jordan NHL“. Long story short: you have to create 12 (!!!!!!!!) players with ALL adjustments, just to play regularly in club with correct number, helmet, stick and so on? 🤭 Took me about 3 hours to do…- If there are two or more teammates at the same time in the club and one changes the team strategies, the game crashes for BOTH of them simultaneously!- its not possible to switch the jerseys when you found a club match, without breaking the lobby and showing the correct jerseys (sometimes they show our jersey at their side; sometimes all jerseys are just black)- you really do have to create a new logo for your team for HOME / AWAY / ALTERNATE? Why can’t you have three for all? Now i have to create NINE Logos???- very often the rotating of a player in creating a jersey mode is not working, so you don’t see how the numbers look- after restarting a game, the jersey numbers in a an online club game have reset and are shown in ANY different color (sometimes white, sometimes blue, and so on)- the posts of the goal are YELLOW from the beginning and you can’t change them, unless you played many games to get the „change the goal color“-possibility. Why are they not standard red or at least in the team color?- team colors do not save sometimes, so they are all set back to standard- jersey colors switch uncontrollable after a few games to new colors (usually the away/alternate jersey); mixes with the number coloring switches (its very random)- showing different logos in the game loading page than the one you created- picking a jersey before an online game leads to mixing jerseys between teams or not showing the right jersey, so you don’t know if you picked a color that the other team is wearing- ingame you cant switch that easy between tactics cause it seems that buttons are not working regularly, so it needs a lot of clicks and time to set up correct improvements to tactics, for example powerplay tactics or faceoff strategies- we need a chance to copy colors to other color-boxes please: that would make creating a jersey very much easierI hope I don’t forget anything, I‘ll keep up posting if I found more! Please fix these :/ Its really annoying, even though the gameplay is fantastic and we love to play clubs, but not with these huge bugs…Yours,xX-Die-Ente-Xx

I've played 4 EASHL games and each one has done something different to my jersey

1. White text on name plate so basically invisible
2. Pink C on my jersey
3. Changed pink to a red C, also black sleeve numbers
4. Black numbers on back of jersey

@TTZ_Dipsy I've noticed that in random games my team's numbers, letters, etc take on a color from the other team's jerseys. And it seems to be a console-side bug. There are games where I'll be seeing the normal colors on my jersey while my teammate is telling me he's seeing the wrong colors and vice-versa.

@finns2525Ok so when you are wanting to go to your Away and Alternate setups you gotta push in the Left Stick and save your current setup then right after that hit the Left Stick again and it will switch.

Bottom Left is the information telling you to push in the Left Stick which then takes you to where you need to swap to Away and Alternate setups.

Top Left is the information telling you what you are currently on and by pressing in the Left Stick will switch you to the others.

Two other things i noticed in creation zone.

1. When using the color wheel, moving the right stick also moves the player.

2. When changing the color of any goalie equipment, you can't stop the item from spinning. It's pretty quick too. After i finished i got up and bounced off a couple if walls. Lol.

@xX-Die-Ente-Xx I’ve been having my game crash and kick me back to Xbox home menu every time I try to edit my away character on world of chel. I’ve troubleshot everything on the Xbox end of it, short of completely wiping the my Xbox back to factory settings. Anybody else having this issue?
