I’ve gone through multiple chats with advisors no one could seem to help resolve the issue, read on here that it may be “negative escrow” and was wondering if a community manager could please help me i haven’t been able to buy anything off the auction house just get a “failed to retrieve data” message and get kicked back to main menu.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I got kicked out of the Auction House whenever I try to buy something under 4000 coins
What happens when the bug occurs? It kicks me out of HUT to the main menu and give me an error code.
