NHL 24 ban email received but EA Help says No Restrictions

Help!

When I log into NHL 24 i am seeing the below image. I chatted with EA Help and they are stating there are no restrictions on my account and this is a bug issue. They advised me to post here in the forums. Can you please help? My username is SDonkey66.

I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service. Those instructions are in the article here.

I did that and they recommended I post in the forums as they are now stating its a "bug" issue, not a ban.
