NHL 24 Chel custom team jerserys are broken AGAIN!!

Does this happen in every game? I've seen other reports where this happened for one game, but was fine for the games after.

Yes it happens every game. We've had to make new teams every single time. We lose everything when this happens. It ruins the game for us. We got on last night, changed one new item for our arena and then it broke our jerseys. We had to play 3 games with broken jerseys and just got off cause it makes the game unplayable having all black jerseys. We know that you can change the jerseys to the pre-made ones but no one wants to play with random jerseys. We only play 6v6 chel and thats where most of the issues lie. If we have to restart again, we are done playing NHL games for good

When it happens, had you just changed something with your jerseys? Also, if you could get a video of it, I'll send it over to the team. I realize this happened before, but since it appears to be back, we'll need to see it happening again.

We didn't touch the jerseys, we touched the stadium which is in a separate tab so it shouldn't even have anything to do with the jerseys. Our stadium is fine and nothing changed there, it only ruined our jerseys. The next time we play, I will record it and post a video. Thank you for reaching out. I know its not your fault but its just very irritating that it happened for a 3rd time now. We enjoy playing the game but this ruins it for us when we have to make a whole new team just because the jerseys get messed up. We lose all of our stats/banners, which I understand that it doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of life but its still very frustrating none the less

Did this happen every time after editing the arena?

No it just happens randomly. We all play on xbox series x as well, just to include a little more information

I have had the same club team since the game dropped and I have constant issues in the customization screen for the club. The jerseys shows the logs in the wrong color. The player will not rotate to see the back of the  jersey. Also in game play the jersey render colors of the position team. This game looks so rushed and untested. 

Our club has had this happen 4 times. It seems like a merge conflict. When two players make changes in a narrow timeframe we've seen our jerseys, logo, and arena set to default with the Anaheim Ducks logo. My teammate is on PS5 and I'm on Xbox series S.
