NHL 24 freezes mid game PS4

Just purchased NHL 24 for Ps4 (pro) a month ago. About every 4 games, either in offline VS CPU or online with 1 friend. the game will freeze in the middle of a game. then just stays there. If im offline playing CPU I have to close and relaunch. When online,my friend gets msg that i left game. I go back to main PS4 menu ,says I was disconnected from EA servers.

Wired internet.

internal SSHD

No other online issues. (Rocket League, COD, Red dead 2, etc...all good.

Have reinstalled game 2 times.

Looking for suggestions before asking for refund.

    I'm confident this isn't a game issue or we'd be having many more reports of this. 

    Let me know what happens with the other PS4 and the possible initializing of your console. Thanks!

    This happens to me all the time. No other game i play freezes. Only this broken game. Not buying next year.
