Nhl 24 hut champ glitch

Hi EA. I had glitch on hut champs 07.03.2024. Glitch started after tackling and injuring enemy’s player, and enemy got puck and then the game just freezed. Like on  normal situtation but it never ended. I waited about 20 mins to get my victory becouse i was winning 4-0. Then I left after the 20 min waiting and got loss bc I left. This is the only major glitch that I had in this game and I have 400h played. I Put files to showcase you what was going on.
