Ive exercised every single option with my ISP, opened all ports on my PS5 that I am aware of, hard wired LAN, but continue to have games lose connectivity before opening faceoff and it happens 9/10 times in Online Versus Play. I also am having major difficulty finding games and most connections are poor with terrible ping. Please help.

Online Versus games aren't played on our servers. Either you or your opponent are the host. Do you happen to live in a more remote region or an area where there might not be a lot of NHL 24 players? That would contribute to poor connections and having a hard time finding opponents.
Thank you for the response. Do you happen to know which servers those would be? If I open the ports for that platform it may resolve the issue since connection is P2P. I am located right in a urban area (Barrie, Ontario, Canada); so I do not believe that would be the issue about finding opponents. I have rogers Ignite internet: 1.5 GBPS download/50 mbps upload. When I run PS5 speed test its giving anywhere between 500mbps-863mbps download and 16.7-21.4mbps upload. Its very frustrating going into these Online vs matches only to see this with a high percentage of matches being fair/poor connection at best. If there if anything you can suggest I would greatly appreciate it.
I believe its time for EA to probe why this is happening to players in Online VS with whoever the server provider is. I am positive that I am not the only player encountering these issues. The capture is when games drop out (happens very often).
Community ManagerYou're not playing on our servers. Either you or your opponent are the host (server) for the game. Also, if your opponent is hosting and they have a bad connection, you're going to feel that as well. Do you ever play modes on dedicated servers like WoC or HUT? If so, do you have any connection issues there? That would be a good test so that we can narrow this down to a P2P issue.

I tried WoC EASHL 3 v 3 and 6 v 6. Everything seemed to run smooth. I did find some deep digging on which ports to forward but still experiencing poor connection with ping spikes in-play. Definitely some latency issues going on.
Community ManagerThis is pretty normal for Online Versus games since, again, you or your opponent are the host. If your opponent's connection isn't good, it's going to also be felt on your side.
