NHL 24 poke check spam

Has anyone in the past few days while playing HUT faced people upon people spamming poke check? I have a player with 99 overall checking just bouncing off players now. Hitting was not an issue till last update. EA needs to do something about these poke check spammers. This isn't hockey. Also playing kids with less than 20 games played with all 90+ overall players. FIX HUT !!

Poke checking is for Chad's tbh, spamming hits is neanderthal behaviour. If you can't find success without constantly throwing position for hits, that's a personal playstyle problem, not an EA problem. EA did a good thing with that update, it just effected you negatively
