NHL 24 Puck control bug

Ok my 3rd post of the day since EA a multi billion dollar corporation first off makes janky products, and second has no way to contact them. Anyway I bought Nhl 24 yesterday. Love the game it is really fun. Played a few hours last night I play franchise mode. Built a team took me 3 hours to get it where I wanted it . Everything was great today I get back on and play. I use the sliders to adjust for perfect gameplay BTW. In the middle of a game everytime the puck hit the wall none of my players can get get control of it. It just bounces right into the other teams possession and I can't stop them. I messed with it for a while reset my controller. Restarted the game, tried other game modes. It was doing it every time now. Deleted and reinstalled the game. Started off fine then as soon as I adjusted the sliders it happened again. Used the preset sliders it works right. The issue is in using the sliders, if I move one slider the problem occurs again.please help.
