Is it only practice mode where this happens?
Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data.

Hi,
I have tried deleting the save date and that did not work. After deleting the save date and then playing in practice mode (no issues at this point) I had enough practice to allow me to goto the main menu to select a team. Here is where things fall apart: I select a team and then I get the message "connecting to EAserver" at this point I see connecting for approx. 1sec and then the screen goes white (Blank) with no further data being seen or loaded. It is at this point I have to force closed the game at which creates a WHOLE NEW ISSUE, and that is now I have no access to either the practice mode or the main menu as it now defaults directly to a blank screen.Please help!

Apologies for the late response. If you're still experiencing this, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Sorry for my late reply, been busy with work. Anyway I have done as suggested to no avail. I am still getting the white screen when it attempts to connect to EASports. Please advise on what I should do next as I have run out of options.Thanks and Regards,
