NHL24 Fails to load (white screen of death).. After first practice game

As a test, go into your EA account and disable login verification. Then, try again and let me know what happens.

Login Verification was already disabled. Any other suggestions?

    @mightycoco 

    Is this only happening when you try to select a favorite team? If so, have you tried selecting different teams or do you always choose the same one?

    Also, can you check again to make sure there is nothing plugged into the USB ports?
