NHL24 Fails to load (white screen of death).. After first practice game

Hi, I have a new copy of NHL24 and am having no luck playing this game at all. I have been able to install the game, patch it to the 1.6 patch and can only play the first round of practice at the b...

Login Verification was already disabled. Any other suggestions?

@mightycoco 

Is this only happening when you try to select a favorite team? If so, have you tried selecting different teams or do you always choose the same one?

Also, can you check again to make sure there is nothing plugged into the USB ports?
