NHL24 servers

I am getting a message saying that I cannot connect to EA and need to try again later. I haven’t been able to play nhl 24 for 2 days. Anyone else having this issue? I want s refund for the game if it’s never going to work.

We're not aware of any issues with the servers. We also haven't been getting an unusual amount of reports about this.

It sounds like you're on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router still too far away after moving it closer to your console?

We are getting very few reports of this currently so it doesn't seem to be an issue with our servers. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

There was a potential solution found for this by @FleaRHCP970. Try signing out of your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and then back into it. Let me know if that helps or not. It's possible logging into another account and then back into your own could work as well.

  • I'm having the same issue.. haven't been able to play 2 nights in a row pretty ridiculous. And there's multiple people having this problem. If I can't play, I'd like a refund. I've attached the screen I am getting every time. It has nothing to do with my router because everything else is working fine... just not my EA server.

  • I have been having issues connecting to EA servers on this game for the past 2-3 days. On other online games, it works just fine except NHL 24. I even restarted, unplugged and troubleshoot my router. I even moved my router closer and nothing. I am playing on PS5 and can not even connect my EA account to this game.

  • Yep figured out unplugging my Xbox works.. but I've had to do it twice in the last week and I don't want to have to keep doing this as I'm afraid eventually it could effect my xbox. Get your servers fixed.
