Online Modes in NHL 24 are literally UNPLAYABLE due to Crashing

I recently bought NHL 24 5 days ago and right away I was having problems connecting,

the game started with crashing about every hour, but now I cant even load into a game without crashing. 

     I have tried just about everything; I have troubleshooted with XBOX, including a complete factory reset of my xbox and nothing worked, I have also troubleshooted with my WIFI company, and I have now just tried to troubleshoot with EA chat support and all they could tell me to do was come here and submit a report.
As I was about to submit a report I found someone else having the same problem, in which an EA community manager said that they should try to reach out to the EA Game               Advisors, which of course were the people who just told me to come here and report the problem, I ended up in a loop and told the advisor this, but instead of helping they simply sent a message that I can only assume was copied and pasted that stated that they did all that they could and that they would now be shutting the chat.
I am very frustrated and havent been able to play for 5 days now even after sinking a minimum of 20 hours into troubleshooting trying to figure this out. 

     I didnt have a problem with NHL 22, but I decided that I wanted to finally upgrade and this is what happened. I am able to play any offline mode I want, but the moment I click anything online, even just trying to get to the lobby of World of Chel, the app instantly crashes sending me back to the homescreen of Xbox.
Please if anyone has any idea send it to me, I am frustrated after trying so many things, but its even more frustrating that it still doesnt work.
