Pack opening glitch

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Instead of claiming the facedown card right away, you move past it and look at the rest of the cards in your pack. A mega players pack was used.
What happens when the bug occurs? The facedown card disappears and a regular card gets replaced with it instead.
What do you expect to see? Im not sure what the question is referring to, but hopefully this gets fixed. I do believe i deserve some sort of reimbursement as i was going to receive a rare face down card but i was unable to claim it because of the glitch.

Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hockey ultimate team, pack opening. Mega players pack. Rare Facedown card that needs a player to click on it to, then it will show what the facedown card is.

this is not the photo of the glitch, but the facedown hockey ultimate card shown in this photo is the exact card that i had in my pack.

i didn't claim it right away and looked at the rest of my cards in the pack. When i went back to click on the face down card it disappeared even before clicking on it or anything, it was to be unseen again after i went past it.
