Yes I’m playing NHL 24 on Xbox. I believe ea removed me from accessing CHEL because I can access the other online features. I would appreciate the help on how to fix this. No one at EA answers me. Thank you

Is your ISP AT&T by chance?
Something to try is clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24.

No. You won't lose any WoC or HUT progress or content. It's possible any offline mode saves as well as changes to settings could be lost though. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee it.
And no I don’t use AT&T
