I have spent a week trying to get in touch with someone at EA and the customer service doesnt give me an option to do live chat. I was banned for 72 hours until last Friday and now I cant log on to World of CHEL! It kicks me back to the main XBOX screen. Can someone please help me!

The issue has been resolved! I just have one more question. It is not allowing me to change my name and still has the name I was suspended for. I don’t want to get reported again when I can’t change it. It will be an appropriate name but if there’s anything you can do so I can fix it would be appreciated. My ea name is jrasta123. Once again thank you for your help on the original issue.
