Problem with Prototype Objective

I completed the "Get Hits With Any Prototype Player" objective that is supposed to earn a random week 1 Prototype player.  Didn't receive the reward and it shows as a phantom (pink 1 circle) in my pa...

This has been fixed for me, and according to a few posts on reddit it seems a fix is rolling out for all affected by this problem.
