What is happening when the crash occurs? Are you getting a disconnect message or is your game closing and returning you to your console's dashboard?

It takes you straight to the console dashboard.

Thanks for letting me know. Possibly, this is an IPv issue. Go to the network settings on your Xbox. Can you tell me what it says for IPv? If it's set to both IPv6 and IPv4, it would be good to disable IPv6.
It does say it is using both, but it isn’t even possible to change this in the Xbox. It’s also not possible to change it on my Xfinity router.

This has to be changed on a PC connected to your network. You should be able to do a web search for those instructions.
Also, do you happen to use a custom gamerpic? If so, set it to use a default one. We've seen some odd behavior with custom gamerpics in the past.
We finally figured out how to turn off IPV6, even though every other electronic devise uses this and multiple sources advised against it.
After turning this off, we could not even load into online games on the Xbox. This does not seam to be a viable solution to the problem.Any other ideas?

Did you power cycle your network equipment and console after making the change?
