I made the case like you guided. Somehow they don't understand my problem. I haven't still got my coins back. Is there anything you could help me to solve the case?

It looks like you're in touch with an advisor. They're waiting for a response currently. However, it looks like your escrow is 0. Are you still having trouble with this?
- @EA_Aljo Yes i dont know how it's possible but i havent got the coins. Even though the advisor said they removed the escrow. Is there any other place where them could be?

Normally, there are no missing coins in these situations. You'll need to contact an advisor again to have them investigated the missing coins.
