Rivals freezes on Xbox
Hello Guys!
I cant start any Rivals game, as it freeze up on me every time. I have deleted and reinstalled the game, deleted the save file from local machine, still cant get running. Can you help with this issue?

How do I send you a private message as you’re requesting . I’ve never used fhis before and not familiar with the layout .
Yes, I did set it to active. Then when it didn't work I set it back to see if that did anything. Then went back and set the 2nd roster to active again.
None of that fixed anything.Still doesnt work, same problem xbox series x...

good day, I also have problems with Rivals, the game freezes for three days to start.
I’ve been dealing with the same issue. I’ve contacted EA support but I feel it isn’t going anywhere. It’s been 3 days also and I think we should get some kind of compensation
I’ve reported it too. It’s been 3 days and I can’t play rivals. I’ve created a ticket. Tried all the generic troubleshooting steps they gave me and still nothing. I’ve deleted saved data and even re downloaded and still the same issue. We should be compensated
