Set glitch

I used autofill to fill a set and it put my 98 overall x-factor doughty into the set so I took him off and bought a player and finished the set. After that my doughty disappeared. The card is nowhere and im really really sure I did not put him into the set.

    Have you gone to My Team > My Collection and searched there? Hit the Y/Triangle button to do a manual search. If you still don't see him, open a case with an advisor here so they can investigate this for you. Thanks!

  • Yea he is not in my collection or any sets. That link just puts me to the front page of this answers page so where do I need to go there to open the case?

    @73U475PJWHHTHLYC 

    You need to search for NHL 24 in the search box and click on it. Then click on Missing Content for the reason for the case. 

    Most likely, you ended up submitting him into a set. If that's the case, they won't be able to return him, unfortunately.

  • @EA_Aljo How do I open up a case there? It just has this 5 step thing that tells me to like restart my system and check if servers are down
