I was starting to think the same thing but if you go into free skate mode, the slapshot works with no problem, just like always. But in a game, 9 times out of 10 when you go to windup with the slapshot it just puts the puck on the skaters backhand.
@6ff1e391a9d36bf7 100% having the exact same issue, appears to only happen for me while playing in WOC. Working absolutely fine in practice mode but NOT in WOC.
