weekly rivals rewards missing after crash

I logged in today in the menu I immediately clicked the claim reward under the ultimate team section, after this a pop up screen comes up saying i'm placed in div 7 or 6 or whatever but this screen freezes and the game has to be restarted.
after the restart the rewards are gone (no button in the menu, nothing in the store, no message saying you got unclaimed rewards when i go into a rivals match). how can I fix this
