World of Chel Glitching out of games, Need to fix or cant play anymore

I have over 500 games played at Goalie and its the only position I play. As of recently, randomly I will glitch for a millisecond in game, and then the camera shoots down into the ice at center ice and then I get booted from the game. This never happened for my first 400ish games, and now happens maybe 25% of games! As you know, as goalie this boots your entire team. And when you competitively this is NO GOOD. I have lost many teammates because of this, and I dont blame them. This has happened many times when we are winning big in the 3rd. That is a terrible look for me. I will be forced to stop playing if I can not fix this. I have taken some EXTREME steps to try and fix this:

- I bought a new xbox series x in case it was my old xbox one being slow

- bought a new router/modem

- upgraded my internet plan to 1000 mbps

- wired internet connection to get away from wireless

And it keeps happening. I dont know what else to do. But I cant play anymore until that is fixed. Not fair to the people I play with and not worth it to me. I have lost thousands of rp from this so it ruins the game for me.  I play to have fun not glitch out and lose games for my team. Surely I cant be the only one this happens too. 

Please help me EA. Please do not send me the links to connectivity issues I have clearly followed all those steps thank you

    Unfortunately, there's nothing else I can do except connection troubleshooting. Let me know if you change your mind.

  • Lol thanks for the exceptional tech support Aljo you really put in effort to help me out….

    Can I try to get a video? Would that help? This is a bug and glitch I am not lagging out. 

    Anyone else reading this - if you have better tech / bug support to offer than EA’s own team feel free to reply here. Greatly appreciate any help. This is a clear bug or game glitch, my connection is mint when this happens.

    I'm offering to help. We can't rule out this being a connection issue without going through troubleshooting. Again, if you change your mind on that, let me know. It would also be good to have a video of this.

  • Okay I don’t think there is anything on connection troubleshooting that I haven’t addressed. This is not a connection issue, when it bugs me out my connection is mint. It does the same bug everytime. The camera glitches and shoots down into the ice and shows the opponents net from the ice. Then I get kicked. I remain in Xbox party and can talk fine while this happens. So I am not lagging out it is the game crashing on me. I will try to get a video

    also important to note is I played over 400 games with no issue. It just recently started. I have dont nothing but improve my network. And also, it happened on my xbox one nhl 24 and also the nhl 24 I got when I got a new xbox X.

    So far, this is the only report I've seen of this so we're going to need to troubleshoot it. Just let me know when you get that video.

    Something to try is deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile.
    2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    3. Go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
