Add a kick option for club leaders

So often I get a toxic random that ruins the experience and there is no option to even report for griefing. 

Please atleast give us the option to remove these toxic players from the match. Just had a night ruined by these scum repeatedly getting sooky within the first minutes of a game. It kills the game for so many people.
