After working all year to win a cup it would be nice to see it being raised to the rafters during the regular season

yep, as well as an awards ceremony where you can see your players accepting their awards you worked hard to get them. Then a showcase for the team awards you have gotten as a GM in your career. And the ability to see the awards won by each player every year when you look at a player's info.
