Battle Pass XP Glitch

This glitch happens every so often where it’ll only give you minimal XP, even if you’ve played the entire game. I’ve noticed it in 3v3 WOC. 

Additionally, even though I’m only at about level 30 in the Battle Pass, it no longer lets me use tokens and says I’ve reached the maximum tier?

Not sure what’s going on or why anything can’t ever just work the way it’s supposed to in this game. Photos attached for proof.
