It's fun to play offline but horrible online. So you obviously play offline. I haven't met one person that loves this game online.

Community ManagerI've seen a lot of positive feedback for online play. My own club is having more fun than they have in years. I'm in no way saying that everything's perfect. I can see how it would be very frustrating without human D.
Can you show me something positive? We got here, Reddit hut forums, streamers etc just absolutely blasting this game for how bad it is. I've played a few games of 3s and it was probably the worst game mode for spamming One Tees because of the open space. If that's fun for you and ur team then good for you but majority of this fan base plays HUT and has to deal with a zero defense game mode where you can't hit a guy spinning in circles in ur zone for 15min. FC 25 has more contact than NHL 25 at the moment.
No offense to you Aljo but we desperately need a community manager that plays HUT. If they played 1 game just 1 division rivals you probably uninstall the game. There is no way someone loads up a hockey simulator game to spin around in circles in each other's Ozones till a One Tee indicator flashes. I challenge you Aljo to play the rivals placement games and come back to this thread. You would all the clips you need.

I'm more of a WoC player. I normally play a heavy amount of HUT, but haven't so much with 25. The positivity we're seeing is around the gameplay. It's being well received, but obviously one Ts are a big issue. Regardless, they can be defended.
As far as the spinning goes, can you get some video of it? In the past, you could pressure those players and force them to make a move rather than let them have the time and space to wait for a lane to open for a cross crease one T.All you need to do is watch the elite streamers or just play a few games of d2 rivals or Champs
But we still can't get the controller vibrations to work for Series X.... I mean how could this game even be considered of being even OK when this feature is essential for so many consumers? I even hold of from buying NHL 25 ONLY for this reason.

We're aware of the issue with controller vibration. Hopefully, it's addressed in a future update. Regardless, not everyone plays with this enabled. I understand this is critical for your experience though.

Same for my club, we're having a blast this year. We are and have always been three humans and two AI, usually playing three forwards but once in a while one of us drops to defense. The Defense AI is noticeably better in many ways this year than in years past...but that was unfortunately a pretty low bar 😅
To counteract that we have to curate our matches so we're not going against 5 humans so both sides have a better time, and we're looking forward to progress on the Update on Matchmaking to get back to feature parity from the last couple years so we don't have to do that curation manually. Still, playing every weekend and having a good time, which is supposed to be what it's all about!
