Build changing in dressing room

When you're in a match up against another team. If someone changes their build in the last 10 seconds it should add 10 seconds to the time for the other team to be able to match. My build will be different against small guys than it would be against big guys.  If I'm laying against 3 truculence guys, and they switch to those in the last 5-10 seconds, I should be able to counter to match the size. 

People do this purposely so that you're stuck and can't match them.
