Been long time user. I want EA to bring back the best out of three instead of making it a series of games for the club finals. I just view it a waste of time in some case because sometimes people don’t make it that far.
Also, recommendation: Change the flames goalie pads in the game we don’t use black C anymore. I want that change to the white C or blasty for the pads I’m talking about the stock pads.
Community ManagerHey there. When we had the previous playoff format, we got a lot of requests to return to a best of 7 format instead. I'm not saying we'll keep this forever, but since making that change, this is probably the first time I've seen a request to change it. We'll have to see what the future holds.
I’ miss the original one. But the real reasoning why I requested so much feedback to add in new horns and arenas we can’t have the same exact things from NHL21 and 19. I hope people put more feedback to change the playoff format.

I hope we see some of my feedback, is in nhl26 like the new horns that I had recommended and a better creation zone.
Community ManagerWe always appreciate the feedback and suggestions. However, that doesn't guarantee any of it will make it into the game. Especially, when the new game normally releases around the start of the next NHL season. That's not really that far off. The feature set most likely has been locked for some time now. If any of this was added, I don't think it would be until a game farther out. Again, there is no guarantee that will happen. I mean, we haven't even announced NHL 26 yet.
So is nhl26, going to be coming out around mid August or June.
Community ManagerWe haven't announced NHL 26 yet. Normally, the new game releases in late September/Early October. It never releases in the summer.
I know, I am just talking about the announcement that why. You guys would normally announce then to what I remember.
Community Manager24 and 25 were announced in August. I don't know when the next game is going to be announced, but if it's like the last couple, it wouldn't happen until mid - late summer.
