Changes for NHL 26 you want to see

It’s people like this you should have beta testing my friend. People that give feedback, harsh feedback or positive. People here are committed enough that you could probably get it done for free (or award bonus packs out of kindness). Graphics cards are barely an improvement at this point, processing power the same thing. It’s at the point where community feedback is what will help most. 

Curious about why people want cosmetics in all honesty. Would gameplay not be a better focus? Maybe I’m just being to HUT oriented though. Now that graphics and game speed (outside of loading screens) are going to be slight improvements at best I think gameplay should be the primary focus. 

Constructive feedback from the community is huge. It really helps shape the game.

We get a lot of requests for better presentation, cosmetics, gear, etc. For some, how the game looks is more important than how it plays. Gameplay is always a big focus though.

Be a pro needs to be completely redone and goaltending in be a pro needs a huge update make it easier so if you play in rookie difficulty you should win most of your games and even get a shutout or two. I want to play as a goaltender but it is way too hard for me and is not a fun experience even on rookie difficulty.. you should check out NHL 2K6 goaltending where every time a shot was made on your net it would go into slow motion and you had to move your left and right stick to line up with a circle and if you got it lined up you made the save if not the puck would go into your net. Marty Turco helped to make the goaltending system for NHL 2K6 as it was how he saw goaltending for him in real life that things would slowdown when the puck was heading toward him.  The amount of time you had to sling up the save would depend on your difficulty setting so if you played in rookie you would have a lot of time but if you played on hall of fame you would have very little time.  That would make playing as a goaltender a lot more fun and it would still be challenging if you wanted it to be by playing on the most difficult mode but if you wanted a more casual easy play you could play on rookie more. Improve contract logic to be a balance between overall rating and performance not just performance.  I am an 18yo 89 overall twd already the captain of my team and making 16.1m a year it is not realistic.  for one I should not go from a 73 to 89 in one year and should not go from 850k to 16.1m in one year and should not be made the captain after only one year especially when I am not the highest rated player on the team.  You need to change the prices of the salary perks to be more aligned with real prices for what you are purchasing like an electric car should not be 3.5m even if it was a luxury ev car it should only be 100k.  you need to change the way you earn X-factors to make it easier to get X-factors and you should unlock the super star slots first and the zone slot is the last one you unlock.  You should not have a zone ability and nothing else.  you should have to have 5 super star abilities first then unlock your zone ability and assign it so you would have all 5 superstar abilities and then a zone ability for your full 6 X-factors.  These are just some of the things that I would like to have in NHL going forward.  IF not in NHL 26 then in NHL 27.   Please we need these changes to make be a pro a more enjoyable and realistic experience.  

The pregame intro with views of the city & the Discover logo, starting goalies & during the playoffs, views of the tailgate party of fans outside the arena reacting to a goal or win or loss to their teams.

Have the abilities and player ratings be accurate. There should be no way a 86 player card can out perform an 99. It gets frustrating.. without this being true to form what is the point of working your case off to secure high rated cards.

I would like to see a Bombard focal point hitstyle system. You can pinpoint quick zone impact hits to alter the tempo of the game.
