Chel 6v6 crashes or kicks a teammate/s

Been trying for an hour now to load a 6v6 chel game. Either we match up kicks all of us or we match up kicks one of us. We also have had times were we dont find a match and can't stop the search. We have reste the game/consoles switch leader of the lobby. We've Tried clubs We've tried drop ins.

Can you guys get this fixed or give me my money back. Instead of taking our money pick a slect few to try the game out. Why make us pay to be your testers. Should be the other way around. NCAA25  didn't have this problem.
