Console: Playstation 5Ive been trying to play games since yesterday and Ive gotten multiple errors when loading into World of Chel, or when joining invites. Ive gotten multiple Game Configuration Errors when the game is loading when I do finally get into a dressing room. Ive had to resign the terms of service at least 3 times and reselect settings and choose from an option that says "continue without saving".Whats going on?

No idea if this has anything to do with it but it seems there are multiple reports of PSN issues so if youre on Playstation that could be the answer.

Same problems. Failed to retrieve data when about to connect to any HUT match (rivals & champs), and Chel giving "game configuration error"

Started like 30 minutes ago.

PS5, Hard reset, deleting personal data, nothing works. Internet working fine on other machines

Got the same issue, has nothing to do with the Modem/Router. Looks like PSN got a problem.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 25 and delete the saved data.
