You guys closed the stores without warning and before the end of the season.
Will you guys transfer transfer our green coins back in the new game?
I'm pretty sure in some jurisdictions you guys deal with, this would be considered illegal.
Also, we could have used a heads up to use our free chel points. The store is so slow and not friendly to purchases that we rarely have motivation to buy anything; but some of us could have used them before the new game.
New game isn’t even officially out yet, nor is this season/battle pass even done. This is ridiculous.

we didn't ask for that we just want to store back in 25 it was removed like a week before the season was even over. can that happen? i have 3k points
Community ManagerI'm very sorry, but the store has closed on NHL 25. There are no plans to open it again.
So you sold us coins, then closed the store and said our points are useless for the mode we play. Before the next game was even out! And before the season was done.
awful company. Hope the coin purchase was worth it because nhl 26 isn’t being purchased
