CPU Idea

So I’ve been noticing a lot of cpus playing lately in clubs and I’ve been thinking why can’t club managers customize the cpus. We have pre built classes why not let us attach those to our cpus and by doing that it will affect his style of play. It can also create more revenue. I’m a player who likes making my own builds I don’t care for the custom ones so I’ll never buy a pre built class but if it can make my cpu play more my style then I’m more likely to make those micro transaction. I hate the micro transactions but I see it as way to maybe improve the game. Anyways just a thought open to discussion.

  • I've wanted this for years but was told clubs would end up all using the exact same meta setups so it'd be a waste of resources.

I don't really agree with the logic since meta builds and goals are already a thing they clearly have no desire to change

I would also add, personally I hate playing with the CPU... And me if I were part of the EA team I would put in place the accessibility of being able to play without the CPU (in EASHL) So 2vs2 (on a smaller ice), 3vs3,4vs4,5vs5,6vs6 without the bot. He is not enjoyable to play with. And to give the opportunity to those who want to play with the CPU to do so.

Exactly or at least let us choose between if the cpu is a sniper, grinder, playmaker, etc at least then we can justify why the cpu isn’t making passes or isn’t scoring.

One very annoying thing about the CPU Goalie is when we try to call him the puck and he keep the puck… Ea should give 1or2 extra seconds to be able to call the puck to him.
