These are the kinds of plays I'm talking about. I'm not upset that the other player ended up with the puck eventually, cause he basically initiated body contact which kinda stuttered my player and then the goalscorer just made a nice play.
The issue I have is with the lead up to that moment. I'm backskating to face the puck, my stick blade is in a better position to grab the puck, my build has 96 defensive awareness and I believe silver quick pick. I'm not saying I should get the cleanest interception here, but why can't I make any sort of play on that puck? Why can't I at least block that pass?

Community ManagerMost likely, the issue is the stick clipping through the skate that is causing the pick up to fail.
