Delay of game penalty
Don't think this is right, its not the first time its happened during a game.
EA_Aljo can you confirm or not if the goalie should have been given more time before a penalty was awarded.

The goalie isn't allowed to play the puck outside of the trapezoid when it's below goal line. There's no time leeway, it's an instant penalty.
