I can sit here for hours and complain about you guys. This is horrible. Worst NHL game ever completely one-sided gameplay is brutal. Graphics is sad when you go to complete sets you have to do one by one can select them all at once there is times when they drop face off before I even get to see the screen, there is no competition because one team can touch you hit you no matter what you do, but then you can’t check or push them
Community ManagerHi there. Can you get some video showing the issues you're experiencing? Normally, one sided gameplay means one side is more skilled than the other. If that's not the case, we'll need to see video of what you're reporting.
I ran into an issue last night where I had previously (about a week ago) bought a few items from the Chel shop. I go in to customize my character, and none of the items I purchased are to be found. Only thing I see is the San Jose Sharks jersey and Tampa Bay items, which I didn't purchase and may have been part of the early access thing. I bought the Hawks cap, jacket, etc. Nothing there. No purchases. But my "coins" or whatever you use are almost depleted. Add this to the list of things wrong with the NHL series.

I'll try that now. I don't remember the exact items because it was probably a week ago. But some were the jacket, cap, I think the pants. Wish I could remember, but it was Hawks stuff so I just bought them on a whim.
