EA Log-In Screen?

Hello. The EA account linked to the PSN ID you're trying to play in is what is used for logging into EA Connect. If the email on your account is incorrect, you can go to myprofile.ea.com to edit this or get assistance from an advisor by opening a case here..

Thank you for getting back to me so promptly. The problem is I can not login to my original account or reset the pass word because the link is being sent to a non existent email account, and that email account is also linked to my PSN account. My new email and EA account tells me, when trying to link it to PSN, that my PSN is already linked (to the old EA account) and only one account can be linked. I would like for EA to unlink and delete my old account if possible. Where can I open a case and communicate with an advisor directly? 

Please follow these instructions for contacting an advisor:

1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
2. Type EA Account into the search field
3. Select the EA Account tile
4. Click on See more topics
5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
6. Click on the option for chat

That should let you chat with an advisor so they can help with this.
