On PS5, there is no way to report a player for calling me racial slurs. Would love for something to happen to these players so they won't feel so brave. Instead, I'll just keep beating them at this game and make their blood pressure rise. If a community manager wants, I can message you some gamertags -- though I doubt you have any way to confirm voice chats if you don't even have a report feature.
EA doesn't care. In fact, they recorded Harambe as a play by play name. Don't worry about giving names, you'll get banned.

Your issue is with Sony and their tools for reporting offensive content.
Yeah I'm not sure on playstation but on xbox you can report peoples voice chat, think you have to report it pretty quickly though as the recording for it only does the last 30-60 seconds.
