There is an issue with defunct alumni teams - North Stars, Whalers, Nords - and created teams in that the true broadcast legacy camera does not function for their home arena, instead it defaults to the long distance true broadcast cam introduced in NHL 23. Maybe this is because their arenas don't actually exist in real life but this was never an issue in past releases of the game. I had played with created teams and said alumni teams for years with the normal true broadcast cam before it was changed in 23. I would think then it should be possible for it to be reverted back so we can play with true broadcast legacy camera for any team in the game, as it used to be.
I am an older longtime NHL player since the 90s and that is the only camera I've ever used since its inception. May I request that you please alert the developers as this was the same issue in last year's game so they may not be aware. I'd like to purchase 25 as I think it is a decent upgrade but only if I am able to utilize that view for any game I play. Video documentation below:

Hey there. Video is NHL25 PS5 version, playing as Quebec alumni. Tried with Northstars and Nordiques as well and created a custom team and tested all 10 arenas with same result for all, no true broadcast legacy. As stated, this same issue plagued NHL 24 but prior to that I never had any issues with created teams or alumni with the original true broadcast cam (pre NHL23). Thnx for responding -
