Hi there. It's a bug that we're aware of.

How have you played that many games. We have tried numerous times since launch and have played a total of 3 club games. Whether we have 4, 5, or 6 players, it doesn't matter, the matchmaking times out, we spend an hour staring at the lobby screen, and never get into an even game of players and goalies 

Do you always have a human goalie? Just wondering if that might be part of your issue. My club played 6 games last night and matched up fairly easily. No human goalie, but we ran with 5 of us without any problems. What region is your club in?

Matchmaking is for sure broken so I believe you are having difficulty, but my own experience is that its not that broken.  Our club has a little over 100 games.  We are based on the east coast of the US and play during 8pm-11pm time slot (which seems to be "prime time"), so that may be a factor.  However, we note that when the time to find a match goes to 5 minutes, we have the room leader leave the locker room to "reset".  It may be pure placebo, but it seems to get us going with finding matches after.

Sometimes human goalie, sometimes not. We usually have 3 or 4 club members and auto fill the rest with drop ins. We find teammates fine, then can never find a match or when we do we have 6 and the other team has 3, so of course we back out, since we want to play competitive hockey. 

To make matters worse, last weekend we all jumped on NHL 24 and found a 6v5 with human goalie matchup in 3 minutes

 We're having better luck on 24 then 25, it's crazy 

I don't recall but I think we're on NA east/central 

We've tried everything, everyone leaves the room, close app, have different rooms leaders. We searched for a game on a Friday and Saturday night with "low" population. Matchmaking times out after 5 minutes and we do it over and over for 40 minutes then all hop off to play siege or another game. It's crazy
