NHL 25 Forces Console Upgrade & Lacks Offline Arcade

Hi EA team,

I recently bought NHL 25 for my son and was very disappointed to realize, only after the purchase, that it doesn't work on Xbox One S — unlike previous versions. I had to buy an Xbox Series S just to make it run. Honestly, the graphics are not fundamentally different to justify dropping support for Xbox One. Why make that choice?

To make things worse, we found out that Arcade mode isn't available offline.  So I paid full price for a game, but I can't even access all game modes unless I pay an additional fee? That's extremely frustrating — especially for families who don't want to, or simply can't afford to, pay a constant subscription fee to Microsoft (or Sony) just to access all the content.

Please make all game modes available offline in NHL 26.
