Editing Ratings

I've been asking for literally every year, open up every player creation option in franchise mode.

Let us edit hair, face, eyebrows, even eye colour, stats n whatever is possible. Instead we're stuck with players all looking the same their eintire career. It's never been a thing, I remember when info was cut down to the bare minimun in like NHL20. We need more edit options for players in offline modes/ roster creation.
